Contemporary House Design With Four Bedrooms And Two Toilet And Baths

This contemporary house design is a two-story one with four bedrooms and two toilet and baths. The total floor area is 165 sq.m. that can be built in a lot with a minimum size of 150 sq.m. area. The width should be at least 10 meters so that one side, along with the garage area, should have a firewall or lie on the boundary line.

The overall contemporary house design is elegant with brick accent walls. The whole house also has several big windows to let the natural light to enter the house. It also has a spacious garage to hold a family car or a city car.

From the porch to the main entryway, you can see the spacious living room with a floor area of 3.7m by 4.0m. From the living area are the combined dining room and open kitchen, with no walls or partition to maximize the whole space. The large open kitchen features an l-shaped working area and also has an access to the service area outside, which can be used as a dirty kitchen or a laundry area.

The first bedroom is located on the ground floor, along with the first of the two toilet and baths. Across from the living room is the staircase, leading to the first floor of the contemporary house design.
