The total floor area is 150 sq.m. and can be built in a lot with a minimum size of 355 sq.m. lot, if single attached. The lot should be at least 17 meters frontage to fit this house design.

This bungalow house design has an elevated floor. It is elevated at five steps or 750 mm from the garage floor area. Since it is elevated from the ground, it secures the flooring and the furnishing of the house to avoid the house from getting soaked during flooding, especially if the bungalow house design is situated in a low area.
