One Storey Home Plans No. 2
Home Plan #2 has three standard-size bedrooms. This is a minimalist design. The living room is also used as the dining. There is a kitchen and one common bathroom. To build this house, you need a budget of USD 25,000-30,000 or Php 1.2-1.5M.
One Storey Home Plans No. 3
House Plan #3 is a lot bigger than the other house plans above. It has four bedrooms and a very spacious living room and hall. It has its dining area and kitchen as well and three toilets and baths. One room has its own toilet and bathroom. The exit door is located in the kitchen on the middle right side.

House Plan #4 has four bedrooms as well though the layout is quite different from the other four-bedroom house above. The size, though, is quite smaller, so, the size of the rooms are also a bit smaller. The living room also functions as the dining room and there is a space for the kitchen. If there is enough space at the backyard, a dirty kitchen may be constructed there. To build this house, you need a budget of Php 1.8-2M.
