This house that I am featuring today actually looks like a cottage. Are you familiar with a cottage? Have you once stayed in a cottage? What actually is a cottage?
Southern Living wrote that term “cottage” means a simple dwelling typically with one large living room and one bedroom. Then it evolved to mean a small house near a cottage or a lake. It doesn’t mean however that you can only see a cottage near a beach or lake. Today the meaning of the term has evolved more to mean any small house with one or two bedrooms.
This two-bedroom house design resembles a cottage. It looks so petite that you might think it is a house for small people. The thing is, this kind of house is preferred by persons who are looking for some privacy, those who would like to achieve independence and would want to live peacefully.
Though it is petite, it has two bedrooms, one of which has its own attached toilet and bath. It has its own living room, a dining area and a kitchen, as well. The carport is not built with the house but the extra space beside the house or in front of it may be used as the car parking.
