In case you are looking for a simple design of a bungalow, then this post may help you. This is a finished product of a bungalow that was built for a small family.  The owners of the house had cost them more or less USD 50,000 to make it into this finished condition including electricity and water system.  But the total cost for a fully furnished house is estimated to be around USD 70,000 or less.  The total cost will depend on the finishing, of course.

The 4-step elevation makes the facade look more beautiful.  The lower part of the pillars with stone cladding together with one area of the exterior wall also makes the facade look more sophisticated.

The paint color of cream or beige gives it a cheerful aura.  Beige glows as complemented with white painted on the window frames and trimmings as well as the contrast given by the brown bricks or stone cladding.

Product Specifications:

  • Single-storey house design
  • Total area: !60 square meters
  • 2 bedrooms
  • 2 toilets and baths
  • 1 kitchen
  • 1 terrace
  • 1 living room
  • Budget:  USD 50,000-70,000 or Php 2.5-3.5M

Pale pink is a nice paint color for rooms especially if the occupant is a female.  Pastel colors look feminine and they radiate a positive and inspiring mood.  To avoid being monotonous, you can always use a darker color like dark-colored curtains or bed sheets. This way, the main pant color will glow against its contrasting color.
