These two-bedroom house designs that we are featuring today may give you an idea if you are looking for a cozy and comfortable house that is good for two-three occupants.  They look petite and compact because they are designed to be built on a 100 sq.m. lot only.

The hip roof used on this design is just appropriate because it has a rectangular shape.  Because this roof style has four slopes it is aerodynamic and has the ability to resist strong winds and rains.  The roof is easily drained and rain water does not stay long on it making it more durable.

The floor plans looks cool.  The living and dining areas have open floor design.  The living room flows freely to the dining.  For a compact space like this one, a divider is not needed.

The glass door and windows make the facade of this bungalow a head-turner.  Glass provide natural light to enter the house and keep it cool and bright.

The two bedrooms are located beside each other.  They are called adjoining rooms; they don’t have a connecting door in between them. The living room and the kitchen are properly situated making the layout good and auspicious. If you wish to change the layout, you may do so.  This design is flexible.
