People love space. The more space there is, the more grandeur it feels. Having more breathing room is important as it provides refuge for family members who are looking and needing peace and quiet after a long day of work or school.
But having enough space does not mean that you should buy a large, luxurious home. You can get the same liveable space that you need with a single storey house. Getting a single storey house is not only friendly on the budget, but it also helps you make use of a single space for multiple purposes.
This is what our house plan for today is all about. This single storey house has two bedrooms, a toilet and bath, a living room, a dining room, and a kitchen. It also has a spacious garage and a sit out area in front of the house.
Once you step into the house from the main door, you will immediately see the living room in the center and the common toilet and bath and the first bedroom on the right. The living room is spacious to cater to your guests or spending a weekend movie marathon with the family. To maximize the space, the living room and the dining area are combined.
From the dining room, you will see the spacious kitchen on the left and the second bedroom on the right. The kitchen also has access to the service area at the back of the house. This door also serves as a secondary door to enter this one storey house.
Take a look at the floor plan of this home:
Although it is not as luxurious as three-storey houses or mansions, this single storey house has all the rooms that the family needs. It does not look all cramped up yet it gives the members of the households the privacy and the peace that they need.
