Two-Bedroom Modern House Design With Open Layout

This simple, elegant, and modern house design has two bedrooms and two toilet and baths. This one storey house has a total floor area of 140 sq.m. and can be built in a lot with a minimum area of 340 sq.m.

This modern house is designed with an elevated floor from the garage floor level, which is very efficient when it comes to natural disasters, especially flooding. This is very efficient due to the nature of the arrangement of the rooms and the other elements of the house.

The simple yet contemporary layout of this one storey house is irresistible not to look at, with the perspective and detailed features that it has. The overall design is elegant with minimalist color finish and panel walls.

The roof of this modern house design is covered with a long span, galvanized iron roofing with a tile effect. The other areas of the house, including the patio and dirty kitchen, is covered with the reinforced roofing. There is also a provision for a 1-car garage.

From the porch of the house to the entryway, the first area you will see is a hallway which will lead you to the combined living room and dining hall areas. Across from the living room is an open kitchen.

The large open kitchen has an l-shaped design and features a mini bar. It also has an access to the service area outside, which serves as the dirty kitchen.

One of the unique features of this house is the mini garden at the middle of the house. This garden can also be used as a lanai or a secondary eating area. It can also be converted to another bedroom.

There are two bedrooms in this house: One across from the living room and another one across the garden. These rooms come with a walk-in closet and space for an entertainment area. The Master’s Bedroom, which is situated at the back, has an en-suite bathroom.

The common toilet and bath is located across from the living and dining room areas for easy access.
